Excellent Location and Spa Facilities

The management was very friendly. Staff assisted with parking in the basement carpark. They greeted me with a cheerful attitude. The rooftop pool was great. I found the reception area, bar, and restaurant quite lovely. The rooftop spa was a real highlight. I spent a pleasant time in the jacuzzi while looking at the mountains. The spa featured a great hammam and a relaxation area. It was especially nice at night.

the wifi was really spotty , and i couldn't rely on it for important things. it was frustrating when i needed to check emails or upload photos. also, the breakfast buffet felt a bit overpriced for the selection. there were enough options, but i expected more variety for the price i paid!

the location was very convenient i could easily walk to nearby attractions. the rooftop spa was a definite highlight i especially enjoyed the views of the mountains.
the room decor seemed a bit dated and the carpet had some stains. the staff i encountered were not particularly helpful especially when i needed assistance with restaurant reservations.

I experienced issues with noise. My room faced a ventilation system. This made sleeping with the window open difficult without air conditioning. The staff was not helpful. They charged me for mini bar items I did not consume.

The hotel location is excellent, right in the town center. the rooftop pool and hot tub provided good views. a secure car park was available . I found this helpful. the gym had appropriate equipment and the spa was accessible.
